In this paper, the transition metal oxide (Ni2O3), 4A molecular sieve, sepiolite and montmorillonite were selected as the cooperative agent of the expansive flame retardant system and applied to the fire retardant coating. The study focuses on the influence of four coefficient agents on the fire resistance of the coating. The specific content is to compare the coefficient effect of metal oxide Ni2O3, 4 Å molecular sieve, sepiolite and montmorillonite through combustion back temperature test, and study the influence of four coefficient agents on the fire resistance of the coating. Co-effectors can significantly change the pyrolytic carbonization process of the inflatable flame retardant system and strengthen the fire resistance of the inflatable flame retardant coatings. Ni2O3, 4 Å molecular sieve, sepiolite and montmorillonite were added to the double cyclodragon phosphate expansive flame retardant epoxy coatings, respectively, and the effect of the coagent on the fire resistance of the coating was studied. The results of back temperature test show that the fire resistance time of APP/Ni2O3 and APP/4 Å coating films at 400℃ is 1025 s and 975 s, respectively, which is close to or even longer than that of APP/AE56 and APP/DK4 coating systems, respectively. However, the fire resistance of APP/Ni2O3 and EPAPP/4 Å coating films at low temperature is general. The fire resistance below 350℃ is short.
