Study of best motion effect model for whip boxing based on dynamic equation

To make Chinese Sanda athletes to improve self skills rapidly, this paper results in potential energy generated by whip boxing, by analyzing mechanical and dynamic relationships. Besides, propose the angular velocity of left upper arm depends on angular velocity of shoulder joint and rotary velocity of upper body while whipping boxing, the angular velocities of elbow joints and left upper arm decide angular velocity of forearm. Diving buckling degree of left upper arm and left forearm in preparation must be less than 45°. In the whipping stage, folding arms reduces inertia momentum greatly, increasing angular velocity of elbow joints effectively. Besides, it helps contract muscles, to keep best state to generate strength of arms and increase contract speed
