As a new product of finance and logistics service is launched into the market, it has rapidly grown in china, and market become competitive for financial and logistics organizations join into competition. First of all, this easy is according to the development of logistics financial service in our country, and it focuses on selection of the basic theories which include the theory of risk, financial risk and financial risk management. And then we analyze the current situation of financial logistics service, application model of service, potential problem and financial risk, etc. The financial risk of financial logistics service is identified and analyzed by using above analysis and combination with different service models.
