Extraction of pazufloxacinmesilate usingmagnetic attapulgite clay nanoparticles prior to determination by fluorimetric detection

In this paper, a kind of magnetic attapulgite nanocomposites was successfully synthesized and used as the adsorbent for the magnetic solid-phase extraction of pazufloxacin mesilate prior to ûuorimetric detection. Under optimized conditions, the linear range of pazufloxacin mesilate was 2–36 ng mL–1, and the correlation coefficients of the calibration curves was 0.9998. The limits of detection of the method was 0.27 ng mg–1. The results demonstrated that the proposed method was rapid, reliable, and efficient for the determination of PZFX in urine and plasma samples.
