A Study on Drinking Water Quality of Educational Institutional Area of Hamren Sub-Division of Karbi Anglong District of Assam, India

Thirty water sources are collected from different schools and public places in and around of Hamren Sub-Division of Karbi Anglong district. The sources of water are dug wells, ring wells, ponds, rivers and PHE supply. Water were analyzed for various physio-chemical parameters such as temperature, pH, turbidity, conductance, total solid, acidity, alkalinity, DO, BOD, COD free CO2, hardness, bicarbonate, potassium, magnesium and microbiological examination.
